Refund Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of AI for Business Leaders™ made through https://ai4businessleaders.com and processed by our payment provider(s).

Because the Course is a digital educational product with immediate access, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below to prevent abuse while remaining fair.

2. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date ("Refund Window").

Refund requests made after the Refund Window will not be approved except where required by non-waivable consumer protection laws.

3. Eligibility: "Do The Work" Condition

A refund within the Refund Window is available only if you satisfy all eligibility requirements below.

3.1 Required Completion

To be eligible, you must complete the following lessons within the Refund Window (the "Required Lessons"):

  • Module 1 in full, and
  • Module 2 in full, and
  • Module 3 in full, and
  • Module 4 in full

Objective Measurement (The Snapshot Rule). Because our curriculum is routinely updated, your eligibility is measured strictly against the list of Required Lessons as immutably snapshotted in our database at the exact second your payment was processed. Completion is determined exclusively by our internal telemetry. Required Lessons are those designated by the platform at time of purchase; lesson count may change with course updates.

We may use completion timestamps and activity logs to evaluate good-faith participation.

3.2 Good-Faith Participation

Refunds are intended for customers who made a genuine good-faith attempt to apply the material. We may deny a refund if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you:

  • engaged in refund abuse
  • circumvented access restrictions
  • shared, copied, exported, or redistributed Content
  • violated our Terms of Service or community rules
  • requested a refund to avoid paying after receiving substantial value

3.3 One Refund Rule

We allow one refund per customer per payment method. We may deny repeat refund requests from the same customer, household, organization, or payment instrument.

4. Restrictions During the Refund Window

To reduce misuse, the following features are restricted during the Refund Window and may become available only after the Refund Window ends or after refund eligibility is no longer available:

  • certificate issuance
  • LinkedIn credential functionality (if offered)
  • community access
  • PDF downloads or archives (including lesson exports or full-course exports), where applicable

AI Course Tutor note. Access to a third-party AI tutor experience may be available immediately. Because it is hosted on a third-party platform, we may not be able to restrict or revoke those features on the third-party platform during the Refund Window.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@corsacourses.com within the Refund Window using the email address associated with your purchase. Include:

  • your full name (if provided)
  • purchase email
  • date of purchase
  • a brief explanation of why the Course was not a fit

We may request additional information to verify your identity and purchase.

6. What Happens If a Refund Is Granted

If we approve your refund:

  • your Course access will be revoked promptly
  • active sessions may be terminated (logged out)
  • certificates (if issued) will be permanently and publicly marked as "Revoked" on the verification page
  • community access will be revoked

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Timing depends on your bank and payment processor.

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL). If you financed your purchase via a BNPL provider (for example, Klarna, Affirm), your installment agreement is solely between you and the lender. If you fail to meet our conditional refund criteria, you remain fully legally obligated to your financing provider for all remaining installments. If a refund is granted, the financing provider controls how the refund is applied to your installment schedule.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • the request is outside the Refund Window (unless required by law)
  • you do not meet the completion requirements in Section 3
  • you violated our Terms of Service or community rules
  • we reasonably determine fraud, chargeback abuse, or circumvention of restrictions
  • you shared, redistributed, or publicly posted Course Content

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank, payment provider, or financing provider (for example, Klarna) instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account during the investigation.

If a chargeback is decided against us or we reasonably determine abuse, we may permanently revoke access and decline future purchases. Disputes initiated through a third-party financing provider are treated the same as chargebacks initiated through a bank or card issuer.

9. Digital Content and International Consumer Rights

Some jurisdictions provide mandatory rights for digital content, including cancellation rights in certain circumstances.

EU/UK CONSUMERS: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you possess a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. The conditional completion requirements above do not apply to you. To exercise this right, explicitly inform us at support@corsacourses.com before the 14-day period expires.

Where applicable law grants you non-waivable rights, we will honor those rights. In jurisdictions where digital content cancellation rights can be waived once performance begins, by purchasing and accessing the Course you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you may lose certain cancellation rights, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law. We will update the Effective Date and Version at the top.
